Our guided walk with Hassan

Our guided walk with Hassan was one of the highlights of our trip! After a few days in Marrakesh, it was great to get out into the foothills of the Atlas Mountains for some fresh air and a green and peaceful environment. Hassan met us as arranged and guided us on an off-the-beaten track circular walk through the valley, passing orchards and through a Berber village as we went. Hassan was extremely knowledgeable about the area. He identified for us many herbs growing wild (and their uses), and interesting facts about local cultivation as well as some history of the village and it’s people. We learned a great deal in a short time and greatly enjoyed both Hassan’s company and his passion for the area. Hassan was friendly, easy-going, helpful and his English is great. We would highly recommend his guided walking tours. Thanks again, Hassan for a memorable excursion! Jane & Adrian
